Chapter Seven - Standing Orders

These standing orders may be suspended in whole or in part by a motion properly moved, seconded and carried. Notice of this motion shall normally be given at a previous sitting. A motion without notice to suspend standing orders must have the unanimous leave of the Assembly. The purpose for which it is proposed to suspend standing orders shall be distinctly stated.
